Pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-3280, applicants for licensure shall submit a full set of fingerprints for purposes of a criminal records check unless they hold a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety ("DPS").
Applicants with a valid DPS fingerprint clearance card will list their card number on their application and include a verification from the DPS website.
