The Boardal is AZBBHE's new, user-friendly portal. Please review the following information closely for tips and features!

HOW TO LOG IN

  • Licensees: Go to the Licensee Portal sign-in page. You will see an “Reset Password” button. Click the link and you will use the preferred email address that is on file with the Board. If you use a different email, the system will not recognize you and you will receive an error message.
  • Pending Applications: If you have a pending application, you will be able to log into the Applicant Portal with the email that you have on file with the Board. Keep in mind, you will not be able to see your previously submitted application. You will receive updates and further guidance from your Credentialist via email.

COMMON LOG IN ISSUES

  • When logging into the Applicant or Licensee Portal for the first time:
    • Do not enter your email and password on the first screen. The system will not send you an email to finish setting up your account if you don't follow these directions!
  • Emails accounts are automatically blocking emails from Thentia Cloud (Boardal vendor):
    • Please adjust your spam settings
    •  If you’d like to switch your email on file to more common email account holder, like gmail, yahoo, etc. to avoid this from happening in the future, please contact the Board.
  • The wrong email account is being used to log in. It must be the preferred email account that the Board has on file.

If you are still having issues activating your account and logging in, please email us at azbbheinfo@azbbhe.us from your primary email account and we are happy to assist.

APPLICATIONS: All new applications must be completed in the Applicant Portal. Log in and follow the directions.

RENEWALS: All renewals and CEU trackers must be completed in the Licensee Portal. Log in and follow the directions. 

CONTACT INFORMATION OR EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION: A form is no longer required to update your personal contact information or employment information (must be submitted within 30 days of the change). Please verify that your contact information is correct and make any necessary changes.

  • Licensees: Log into the Licensee Portal and navigate to the Profile section to complete the following:
    • Personal Information: Update address, phone number, and primary email.
    • Employment Information: Edit existing employment information or add new employment.
  • Applicants: If you have a pending application, and you are NOT licensed by the Board, please email applications@azbbhe.us if you have any changes to your personal information. You cannot make these changes in the Boardal.

NAME CHANGES: To submit a Name Change Request:

  • Licensees: Log into the Licensee Portal and navigate to Requests, Name Change Request.
  • Applicants: If you have a pending application, and you are NOT licensed by the Board, please email applications@azbbhe.us if you have any changes to your name. You cannot make this change in the Boardal.

LICENSE CERTIFICATES: You will not receive a mailed certificate upon issuance of a new license or renewed license. However, your certificate will be available for download at any time in the Licensee Portal under Profile, Certificate and Wallet Card. Please note that a wallet-sized certificate is now available. 

CLINICAL SUPERVISION: To be added to the Clinical Supervisor Registry or request to have your education reviewed for eligibility, visit the Licensee Portal, License, Authorizations: Clinical Supervision and Supervised Private Practice. 

SUPERVISED PRIVATE PRACTICE: To apply for supervised private practice if you are an associate (non-independent) level-licensee and have a proposed clinical supervisor to oversee a private practice, visit the Licensee Portal, License, Authorizations: Clinical Supervision and Supervised Private Practice. Please note that the supervisee and supervisor will both have to submit applications. 

VERIFICATION OF LICENSURE REQUESTS: To request a verification of licensure, visit the Licensee Portal, Requests, Verification of Licensure Requests.

INVOICES AND RECEIPTS: You can now download all invoices/receipts in the Licensee Portal and Applicant Portal.

LICENSE VERIFICATION & CLINICAL SUPERVISION REGISTRY: To search for a licensee or clinical supervisor, you visit the License Verification Online Registry in the BOARDAL.

COMPLAINTS: To file a complaint against a licensee or applicant, visit the Online Complaint form.
