Notice of Final Rulemaking

The Board filed a Notice of Final Rulemaking with the Office of the Secretary of State on November 4, 2020, and the new rules will become effection on January 3, 2021.  For more information, click HERE.

**Fee reductions**

Effective January 12, 2019, fees for renewal and issuance of licensure were reduced as follows:

  • Renewal of one license was reduced from $350 to $325
  • Renewal of additional licenses (renewed at the same time) was reduced from $175 to $163
  • Issuance fees for independent level licenses were reduced from $250 to $100

Renewal applications and issuance fees received prior to January 12, 2019 were subject to the previous fees.  Renewal applications and issuance fees received on or after January 12, 2019 are subject to the reduced fees.
